We Have a Next Generation Pump for Your Application

Consistent Flow of the NGP Piston PumpThere's a CDS-John Blue Piston Pump to meet virtually all your precision application needs. All CDS-John Blue Piston Pumps have been engineered and extensively field tested to achieve the perfect liquid applicator pump. We have built our reputation on providing superior performance, service and quality and we are committed to continuing this in the future.

  1. NEW Inlet & Outlet Flanges make it easier to plumb your system and eliminate leaks with flange fittings.

  2. Cut-away diagram of an NGP-6055-F with VRH-PWM-15Double Piston Rod Seals work in unison to offer multiple stage protection between the wet end and crankcase.

  3. Outboard Cylinder Plunger Packing can be inspected or replaced in the field without removing the hoses.

  4. Check Valves are designed for positive seal, easy priming, and long life.

  5. Single Valve Cap makes easy access to check valves without removing the hoses. Simple to service in the field.

  6. Common or Independent Manifolds are available on the double pumps. Independent manifolds allow for dual flow divider usage or half width application.

  7. Main Shaft Seals incorporate a dual wiper that is enclosed in a grease cavity to flush out contamination. This helps to extend the life of the pump.

  8. NEW Optional Hydraulic Drives for numerous electronic packages.

  • Independently adjustable stroke.
  • 5 to 1 max ratio between pumping heads.
  • Available as a ground driven pump or run hydraulically with Variable Rate.
  • Ideal for starter fertilizer on one side and nitrogen on the other side. For example:
    • *5 GPA starter fertilizer and 5-25 GPA NPK
    • *7 GPA starter fertilizer and 7-35 GPA NPK
