Features of the CDS-John Blue Piston Spray Pumps
- Premium oversized roller bearings provide extended life under extreme working conditions.
- Interlocking "self-aligning" connecting rods in high quality materials guarantee perfect alignment, ultimately reducing friction, heat, wear and noise.
- Patented du-dry plunger rod bushing coated in a Poly-Teflon material greatly reduces friction for smoother operation.
- Highly polished solid ceramic plungers reduce friction and prolong seal life.
- The double V-type seals separate the spray end from the crank case end, the same feature made popular on the CDS-John Blue Ground Driven Piston Pumps.
- The valves, poppets and seats are made from stainless steel. Separately interchangeable inlet-outlet valves assure the greatest volumetric efficiency and suction capability.
- Compact diecast aluminum crankcase for high strength and is anodized for corrosion resistance.
