VisaGage II Liquid Blockage Monitor Systems

The CDS-John Blue NH3 Flow Monitor Calculator works on your desktop, laptop, or other large screen computers. It's used to calculate the corrected flow rate to determine the most suitable ball for use in your NH3 VisaGage II Liquid Blockage Monitor System (LBMS). Varying methods of inputs include gallons per minute, pounds of nitrogen per acre, or pounds of NH3 per acre. The calculator is available in both English and Metric units. Instructions for use are available at the bottom of the page.

Instructions for Use:

  1. Choose whether you work in "English" or "Metric" units of measurement.
  2. Choose one of the three types of "Application Methods".
  3. Enter your "Application Amount".
  4. Enter your "Ground Speed".
  5. Enter your "Row Spacing" (the distance between crop rows).
  6. Read the "TERMS OF USE" and the "WARNING". If you have read, understand, and agree to the "TERMS OF USE" and the "WARNING", indicate your acceptance by putting a check in the checkbox.
  7. Click the blue button that says, "Click Here To Get Flow Settings".
  8. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says "Your Estimated Results:" to view your system settings.
  9. View or download the Quick Reference Tables for your product and match the number in the "Calculated Flow" field with the information in the Quick Reference Tables. English units tables are on the first page and Metric unit tables are on the second page.
  10. NOTICE: If after reviewing your calculated settings, you decide to change any of the input form fields, be sure to resubmit your changes by clicking the blue "Click Here To Get Flow Settings" button once again. Failing to do so will result in improper calculations.
