Three Self-Lubricating Ceramic Plunger Pumps
- Pre-set seals require no lubrication. They are self-lubricating on polished, solid ceramic plungers for resistance to abrasion, which means a longer service life. Wear surfaces of heads are hard nickel plated for longer service life and special corrosion resistance.
- Check valves in stainless steel for added corrosion and mechanical resistance.
- Double cut aluminum crankcase insures exact tolerance for higher strength while maintaining internal cooling.
- Stainless steel reinforced plunger rod for strength.
- Highly polished solid ceramic plungers reduce friction and prolong seal life.
- Oversized straight roller bearings provide extended working conditions for any application.
- One piece, forged bronze extra wide connection rods provide greater strength.
